Aori system won't replace an agency, although it allows running effective context advertising campaigns by yourself. We don't permanently offer copywriting and word picking services, we don't provide reports or set web counters. But at the same time we don't charge maintenance extra fee, we fully provide advertising platforms prices and help setting your first advertising campaign.
Agencies may cooperate with us as part of the partnership program. There are two options of cooperation with partners: either an agency manages all user accounts, or they sign in by themselves and the agency acts merely as a mediator.
Shifting to Aori is easy. You can export your campaigns on platforms to Excel files or upload them in Standard mode – you don't have to re-create the campaigns manually. If you already run such a campaign on the platforms, you can export it to xls or csv file and upload to Standard mode. During the upload the system automatically splits it into smaller campaigns with up to 100 ads. Doing so is necessary for correct interface operation and enabling you to adjust your campaign. The number of campaigns in the account is unlimited.
If you have a many same-type ads, we recommend to use templates which insert keywords into your ad's title or text. Normally 50 ad templates is enough for a campaign.
There is no internal moderation in the system, it is conducted within the platforms. It usually lasts for 1 to 3 hours. In special cases it may take up to 3 days to conduct a moderation. To check the moderation status, contact the Service Desk manager.
We do not charge a commission for placing on Yandex, Begun and VKontakte, the commission of 10% is taken for Google AdWords and Facebook. When allocating budgets and rates, the system considers the fee, so you do not have to pay the extra money. And due to the higher efficiency of placing, despite the commission, our customers receive a much higher result.
The minimum budget to run an advertising campaign in Aori is 100 $ or 100 €. This is a test minimum budget for most commercial subjects. Our experts recommend placing with it for no more than one week, and then increase it to get more from contextual advertising.
The CPC is created in the course of the auction on the advertising platform. It depends on several parameters: geotargeting (it is more expensive in Moscow, it is cheaper in regions), the number of competitors for each keyword (the more competitors, the more expensive it is), as well as their rate per click. Price varies for each impression of search results and can vary significantly depending on the parameters of the campaign and its theme, and it is constantly changing throughout the day. In order to get the best price-per-click, you need to constantly update rates, every half-hour. But Aori is able to do it well and do it for you, you only need to specify the desired position and CPC or choose a strategy.
If you decide to go to the service in Aori, you will have a new account in the system on Yandex, and a discount on the current account will not be available. But we understand that this is important to you, so if your discount is greater than 5%, please contact our support team via the feedback form, specifying the size of your current discount and budget that you plan to spend on a monthly basis. Support service will help to resolve the issue with the transfer or compensation of the discount.
Further, when placing, we fully transmit the all discounts which are offered by Yandex.Direct itself in the account, according to the scale of Yandex (http://advertising.yandex.ru/price/discount/context.xml - to open in a new tab). This means that when the threshold of unscrewing is reached, you will receive bonus clicks according to the size of the discount.
When placing through our system, with increaseof unscrewings, standard discounts offered by Yandex.Direct are connected. We also have the special discounts (bonuses) for the agencies and partners. In addition, we regularly organize internal specials, allowing receiving bonuses when funding the account for a certain amount or replenishing your account balance without commission.

Yes, you can stop the campaign in any moment and with draw funds from the system with out penalties and fees. Refundoption is a vailable in your user's account in the section "My account".
The maximum price - a "ceiling" above which the system will not set the rates under any circumstances. The auction system on the sites is that almost never you do not pay the maximum price for the auction because the price you pay for your competitor, plus the minimum step. For example, you set $10 , and your competitor - $8. In this case, you'd need to bid a penny more = $8.01.
To replenish the balance of the campaign for the first time, you need to fill in the information in the profile, then go to the tab "My Account" and select "Replenish Account". When replenished balance account by way convenient for you, you will be able to transfer money to the campaign.

The daily restriction is the amount your campaign can spend for the current day in order to comply with the parameters set by you.
For example, you set a budget for $500, and the campaign period is from 1 to 5 August. This means thatthe daily restriction will be equal to 500/5 = $100. Please note that the daily restriction issummarized for all platforms on which the advertising is ran.
When the budget limit is reached the day, the campaign is suspended until the next day, so as not to exceed the overall limit of the budget and evenly spun for a specified period of you.
In the"Social" mode the daily restriction of the budget is calculated by the same principle
The closing documents for the past month are available to all legal persons to the postal address specified in the profile, after the 15th of the following month.
The system can transfer the money to the campaign only from the account of the profile. With drawing funds from an active campaign is impossible, it is necessary to stop it and to wait for 2 day s until statistics on platforms will be collected. Then, the campaign must be sent to the archive, all the funds from the balance will be back to your account balance. Now you can reuse the launch new campaign sorto replenish existing ones.
Please note that archival campaign can not run again, but it can be copied and run like new, adding to the balance of the minimum amount - 100 dollars or euros.

In the Standard mode, you can specify the desired position in the advertising issue and the maximum price you're willing to pay per click. The system will keep track of the current value of each key word on the platform by the selected position and put your rate in accordance with it, without exceeding the maximum restriction. Thus, your ad will always be on the desired position at the lowest possible price. You can specify rate for each keyword separately.
In the Standard mode, you can at its own discretion enable and disable any advertising platforms, even in the already launched campaigns. In the Social mode, you can select the two platforms (Vkontakte and Facebook) as well as the only one of them, but beforerunning an advertising campaign. After running these settings cannot be changed.
There is no internal moderation in our service, it is completely performed on the side of platforms. Status of moderation is displayed by each keyword and ad in the system, and plus a letter comes in the mail with the status of moderation if the ad has been rejected, with the cause of the rejection.

Usually people opt for one search engine, which is used constantly. When placing only in Yandex, you lose customers who use Google and look for you there. The ratio of searches for Yandex and Google is roughly equal to 60/40. That is to attract potential customers as possible, it is necessary to place on both platforms. In addition, in some themesthe price per click can be lower at a given platform, and without trying both, you will not know where placing for you is more effectively.
